St Ann Sodality

St. Ann Sodality is under the patronage of St. Ann, the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The feast of St. Ann is observed on July 26. The Sodality is open to all women of the pastoral region and gives support to one another and assists the pastor in the spiritual and material needs of the region. They provide service to our parishes and community through preparing funeral meals and church cleaning at Holy Family, sending cards, volunteering and other things as needed.

Meetings: Every 4th Tuesday of the Month (No meetings during the summer – June thru August)

Membership Dues: $3.00 a year

Prayers to St. Ann

Good St. Anne, you were especially favored by God to be the mother of the most holy Virgin Mary, the Mother of our Savior. By your power with your most pure daughter and with her divine Son, kindly obtain for us the grace and the favor we now seek. Please secure for us also forgiveness of our past sins, the strength to perform faithfully our daily duties and the help we need to persevere in the love of Jesus and Mary. Amen.

Glorious St. Anne, we think of you as filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer. Heavily laden with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at your feet and humbly beg of you to take the present affair which I commend to you under your special protection (name it).

Deign to commend it to your daughter, our Blessed Lady and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy conclusion. Cease not to intercede for me until my request is granted. Above all, obtain for me the grace of one day beholding my God face to face. With you and Mary and all the saints, may I praise and bless Him for all eternity. Amen.
